Research and application of atmospheric sintering technology in the experimental teaching of material science and Engineering

The atmospheric pressure sintering process can produce complex shaped sintered products and components according to the engineering needs, so the atmospheric sintering process can be widely applied in the engineering field. In the teaching of the undergraduate course of material science and engineering, the technology of atmospheric sintering is described in the methods of material processing and material preparation. In addition, atmospheric pressure sintering technology can be used to prepare composite materials as an experimental teaching content, arranging students to carry out experiments, so that students can understand and understand the process of preparing composite materials by atmospheric pressure sintering technology. Therefore, the preparation of composite materials by normal pressure sintering technology is widely used in the teaching practice of material science and engineering. This paper describes the principle and application of pressureless sintering, and pressureless sintering collected about research and application in the teaching of experiment in materials science and engineering, and the future development trend of the atmospheric pressure sintering process and development direction of analysis and forecast.
